Bent Stand

Hi, I tried chatting with you but no one ever picked up the chat. The stand came bent at the collar and the entire stem from the base. Can you replace or credit me for the stand?

Beautiful details!

Using for my upcoming wedding! The black and white goes perfect with our color scheme. The only feedback was the stand bent a little bit I’m assuming in transit, so had to bend back top to be able to fit cane. Overall very happy with the purchase! Thanks!
